The Site Lead is responsible for initial engagement, onboarding, and ongoing operational relationships with hospitals, clinician practices, and other external partners for digital health products, as well as contribution to OntarioMD’s (OMD’s) internal planning (e.g., roadmaps and release planning) and operational processes.
The initial focus will be on Health Report Manager and related initiatives.

1. Facilitates the deployment and onboarding of digital products and services with sending facilities:
- Acts as the main OMD point of contact and relationship manager for assigned scope of delivery partners (internal and external).
- Engages with potential delivery partners to explore opportunities for collaboration, seeking to extend the scope of OMD’s digital health products.
- Leads/manages the implementation of products and services by partners, and monitors/reports on the completion of OMD, Ontario Health (OH) and partner deliverables.
- Develops/maintains multiple concurrent deployment plans, conducts gap analyses, and facilitates completion of implementation documentation.
- Leads project status meetings, proactively manages project risks and escalates issues for resolution, and reports on progress to OMD leadership; and
- Contributes to the ongoing improvement of deployment practices.
- Liaises with clients, delivery partners (internal and external), and invested participants (e.g., project and executive-level resources at hospitals and clinician practices) to maintain relationships and current contacts.
- Ensures internal record-keeping and contact management for assigned delivery partners, including driving initiatives to ameliorate client relationship management.
- Accountable for the delivery of periodic change initiatives with assigned delivery partners (e.g., system upgrades requiring HRM sending facility changes).
- Explores and promotes alignment to and/or adoption of expanded features of existing digital heath services (e.g., HRM inbound specification upgrades and feature improvements); and
- Contributes to the improvement of ongoing relationship management and contact management practices.
- Contributes to product roadmaps, release planning, and feature prioritizations.
- Contributes to broader OMD product and service prioritization and interdependencies, including prioritization among competing service improvements and the establishment of complementary services.
- Creates/delivers communications materials and presentations; and
- Collaborates with internal partners to optimize processes and handovers pursuant to onboarding and ongoing site management.
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Health Administration and/or Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience building and maintaining productive working relationships with stakeholders, vendors and/or partners in the provincial health system (sales, relationship management, and/or other client-facing roles).
- Minimum of three (3) years of related professional experience in project management.
- PMP, CPHIMS-CA, and/or ITIL certification and/or training is an asset.
- In-depth working knowledge of a variety of office automation tools including Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Visio, and Project) as well as Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI.
- Advanced written communication and oral presentation skills, including the ability to adapt to the needs of a variety of audiences.
- Ability to convert technical expertise into business recommendations.
- Equally effective working independently or as part of a team in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Experience and familiarity with community-based healthcare IT solutions (e.g., EMRs). Experience and familiarity with healthcare IT solutions for other care delivery settings is an asset.
- Hands-on experience with product deployments in a health care setting is an asset.
Base salary range of $73,121 - $87,000 annually; final compensation offered will be determined based on experience, skill set, education, training, and internal equity.
